Meghan & Sebastian | UNC Chapel Hill Wedding

This wedding was an absolute blast! Meggie and Seb found me through this collection of photographers I am a part of called fearless. The day started out at this neat lodge with a man cave (see pictures below 🙂 and when I say man cave I mean it really felt like we were in a cave, it was probably the best man cave I have ever seen.  Ok back to the pretty stuff.  From there we went around UNC’s beautiful campus stopping at; McCorkle place, the Old Well, the arboretum and the Davie poplar tree which had this cute little kissing tradition.  Legend goes that if you kiss under the Davie Poplar tree then you will get married, well this came true for Meggie and Seb.   The ceremony and reception were held at Snipes Farm and what a joyous event it was.  The whole day was filled with laughter and love. Sebastian totally raised the bar a few times as he serenaded his new bride with his saxophone and danced for her along with his fellas.  The night concluded with the lighting of lanterns in the field.  It was so beautiful! A big shout out to Katie Yarbrough for hosting me for the week end and shooting with me this day.  She is so awesome, check out her work here!  And I must say, I love the range of the d800 – I think I have found the one…until the D4x comes out 🙂  Congrats Meghan and Sebastian!
