Sarah & Dan
Well, this was a fun engagement shoot down in Hawkensville, GA. It’s small town in the middle of GA and it fit into my schedule perfectly because I was headed home(Savannah) for my little Sister’s Law School Graduation (Shout Out) Congrats Sister! ,Don’t mess with me because now I have a lawyer in my corner, HA! I met Sarah a few years ago in Denver, she and Dan have since moved to Washington D.C. to do big things. I’d tell you what they do but I am still not entirely sure, I just know that travel a lot and that they miss Denver. So, it is understandable that they are planning to celebrate their wedding at Mile High Station in Denver next year! I am very excited for it, they are such a cool couple and I got to meet some of their amazing family after the shoot as well. But, I will tell you more about that later. For this shoot we met at the Potter’s House… seriously her aunt is an extremely talented potter and we met at her house. Then we just made our way around town to a few spots I picked out and a couple of gorgeous locations that Sarah picked. My talented friend Gagan came along and made some images with us. He put together a killer hdr image that I had to include, it’s the second picture of the couple in front of the old abandoned house. I’ve never put work on my blog that I didn’t edit, but this one was so neat I had to include it! Gagan thanks for coming along, bro! So we finished the shoot at Sarah’s Grandma’s house and her Grandma made us this amazing dinner. It was so good, but the highlight was the pecan pie which I had been told was the best in the land and after eating it I have to agree, it was the best pecan pie I have ever eaten!
I just had a moment of silence for pie 🙂 Well, I hope you enjoy the images and please let me know what you think! Cheers, to Sarah and Dan – thanks for tromping the all treacherous terrain :)!
