Loved photographing Lauren & Adam’s wedding in Allenspark, Colorado at the Wild Basin Lodge.  It was wonderful wedding in a beautiful part of Colorado.   Got to use Longs Peak as a back drop which was insane.  A big thanks to the amazing staff at Wild Basin Lodge for being so welcoming!  But more importantly than any peak or pretty space is Family and their families made me feel so incredibly welcomed on this day.  I just absolutely loved my job this day.  A little example, during the amazing dinner I was eating in another room as everyone enjoyed their meal,  Lauren’s mom came and sat with me for a little bit.  It was so great, I honestly wished that I could of photographed her wedding.  I always feel like there is a strong thread that connects all of my clients.  Like a particular type of person is able to see what I am trying to do and that leads them to inviting me to create at their wedding.  I believe all of my clients would be friends.    This particular thing, this thread,  stretched beyond Lauren and Adam and into their families.  It was so beautiful to experience. I pray that it passes on to their children, for it is lovely – it is for cheer!
